  4.      We recommend you make a working copy of the Program and Data Disks,
  5.      and save the original disks as backups.  To begin, put your DOS
  6.      disk in drive A, a blank disk in drive B, and type:
  7.                 A:
  8.                 FORMAT  B:
  9.       
  10.      Replace the disk in drive B with a second blank disk and type:
  11.                 FORMAT  B:
  12.       
  13.      When the formatting is complete, replace the DOS disk in drive A with
  14.      the FormsFile Program Disk and type:
  15.                 COPY  A:*.*  B:
  16.       
  17.      When the copying is complete, replace the Program Disk in drive A
  18.      with the FormsFile Data Disk.  Replace the disk in drive B with the
  19.      second formatted disk.  Then type:
  20.                 COPY  A:*.*  B:
  21.       
  22.      Store the original FormsFile Program and Data Disks in a safe place.
